The painter warranty encompasses labour and materials for a duration of one, two, three, or four years, depending on the type of work performed. This means that if any issues arise during the warranty period, we will supply top-quality painting products at no additional cost to you, and our skilled painters will rectify the problem without charge. 

Specific Warranty Periods

• 4-Year Warranty: Applicable to interior painting work.

• 3-Year Warranty: Covers exterior painting and wood surfaces.

• 2-Year Warranty: For one-coat refresh projects 

• 1-Year Warranty: Pertains to floor and metal surface work.

We offer a three-year workmanship warranty on our exterior painting projects, which is among the best in the industry and typically provided only by top-tier contractors. If any defects arise due to our workmanship, we will cover both the materials and labour costs associated with the repairs.

Exterior surfaces face significantly harsher environmental conditions compared to interior surfaces. Therefore, it is essential to use high-quality paint and expert application techniques for all exterior projects. Although Preserve seldom experiences workmanship-related issues, the most frequent problems tend to be moisture-related, manifesting as peeling or blistering. To ensure our customers feel secure in their decision, our three-year exterior painting warranty offers comprehensive assurance, allowing them to move forward with their project while holding us accountable for our quality of work.

This warranty reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction in every project we undertake.

Preserve is dedicated to addressing all workmanship issues; however, our warranty includes specific limitations. For instance, we cannot be held accountable for the actions of previous painters. Any damage to surfaces resulting from accidents is also excluded from our warranty coverage.

Additionally, surfaces that experience excessive moisture or are exposed to harsh conditions and chemicals may fail, regardless of the paint’s durability, and such failures are not covered under our warranty.

While Preserve will address minor cracks during our preparation process before painting, any cracks that develop on surfaces after our work is completed are not included in the warranty. Furthermore, surfaces that accumulate dirt or grime affecting the paint’s integrity are also not covered by our warranty.

Although Preserve undertakes extensive preparation to ensure surfaces are adequately primed for painting, issues arising from improper drainage leading to rust buildup or facility designs that negatively impact paint quality will not be covered by our warranty.
